3.2 Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment.

3.3 No-Show Appointments:

Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

6.3 If it becomes apparent during our coaching relationship that your current relationship is harmful to your well-being, you agree to leave the relationship as soon as it is safe to do so. We will provide coaching and support to facilitate this process.

6.4 Failure to terminate a toxic and harmful relationship may result in the termination of our coaching agreement without a refund. Toxic relationships include those that cause emotional, psychological, physical, or sexual harm to you or your children.

7. Safety in Dating and Relationships

We will not coach you on any dates or relationships that compromise your physical, psychological, or emotional safety. Failure to comply with this safety guideline may result in the termination of our agreement without a refund.

8. Commitment to Coaching Sessions

Both the client and Coach Penny Love agree to ensure that coaching sessions are not interrupted and to give full attention to the interaction. We commit to being fully present during our sessions.

9. Monthly Group Program

9.1 If you choose to join the monthly group program, you may cancel at any time before your next monthly payment.

9.2 By joining the monthly group program, you agree to monthly automatic payments.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may revise and update these Terms of Use at our discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website and apply to all subsequent use of the website. Please review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
