These Terms & Conditions apply to services, memberships, coaching, courses and digital products provided by Coach Penny Love (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.

1. Purchases, Cancellations and Refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the product or service you purchase and any rights provided to you by law.

Where UK consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel, those rights will be honoured.

For digital courses, downloads or other digital content that you ask us to provide immediately, you may be asked at checkout to expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel where the law permits.

For coaching or other services that begin during a statutory cancellation period at your request, you may be responsible for the reasonable value of any service already provided before cancellation, where permitted by law.

Outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights, refunds are not normally provided simply because you change your mind after receiving or using a service, course or digital product.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a service or digital product is faulty, misdescribed, not provided with reasonable care and skill, or where you are otherwise legally entitled to a remedy.

2. The Expansion School Membership

The Expansion School is a recurring membership unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Membership fees are charged automatically at the billing interval shown when you join.

You may cancel your membership before your next scheduled payment.

Cancelling prevents future recurring payments. Unless otherwise agreed, your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If your membership is paused, access to member-only areas may also be paused for the duration of that pause.

When your membership ends, access to current-member-only courses, resources and the private Expansion School community may end.

Any separate alumni, Facebook or wider community access is governed by the access rules of those spaces

3. Private Community

The private Expansion School community is intended for current members.

Members are expected to treat one another with respect and protect the privacy of other members.

You must not copy, screenshot, distribute or publicly share another member’s personal story, post, image or information without their permission.

Discriminatory, threatening, demeaning, abusive, harassing or persistently hostile behaviour is not permitted.

We may moderate content or restrict or remove community access where reasonably necessary to protect members, maintain community safety or respond to a serious breach of these rules.

Where appropriate, we will aim to address concerns fairly and proportionately.

4. Courses, Materials and Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all courses, recordings, workbooks, PDFs, frameworks, exercises, live-call recordings, written materials and other content provided by Coach Penny Love are for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, publish, teach, licence or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

Your purchase gives you a personal right to use the material. It does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

5. Coaching Scope

Coaching is intended to provide education, reflection, support, tools and guidance.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice or emergency support.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships and wellbeing.

Where an issue falls outside the appropriate scope of coaching, we may recommend that you seek support from another suitably qualified professional.

6. Relationship Safety

Your physical, emotional and psychological safety is important to us.

We will not knowingly coach a client towards remaining in, repairing or escalating a relationship that we reasonably believe presents a serious risk of abuse, coercion, violence or significant harm.

Where safety concerns arise, our coaching may focus on boundaries, safety, support options, decision-making and appropriate specialist resources.

We will not require you to leave a relationship as a condition of receiving compassion or support.

However, we may decline or discontinue a particular type of coaching if continuing it would be inappropriate, unsafe, outside our competence or inconsistent with our professional boundaries.

Where we end a paid service, any refund or credit due will be considered fairly in light of the services already provided, the circumstances and your statutory rights.

If you are in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate specialist support service.

7. Appointments

Please attend coaching appointments at the agreed time.

You may reschedule an appointment by giving at least 24 hours’ notice, unless we agree otherwise.

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or where you do not attend an appointment, the appointment may be treated as used.

Where exceptional circumstances arise, we may use our discretion to offer an alternative appointment.

Any cancellation charge or retained payment will be applied fairly and will not override your statutory rights.

8. Our Commitment When Providing Services

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

We cannot guarantee a particular personal, relationship, career, financial or other outcome.

Testimonials and client experiences are individual examples and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same result.

Transformation depends on many factors, including your circumstances, choices, participation and application of what you learn.

9. Electronic Communications and Marketing

We may send you emails or other communications that are necessary to provide a service you have purchased, including confirmations, access information, membership updates and important service notices.

Marketing communications are treated separately.

Where consent is required by law, we will only send marketing where you have given appropriate consent.

Where the law permits us to rely on an existing-customer or similar lawful marketing basis, we will do so only where the relevant requirements are met.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential communications relating to an active purchase, booking or membership.

10. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Please do not share highly sensitive personal information in public or wider community areas unless you are comfortable doing so.

While we take reasonable steps to protect member-only spaces, no online platform can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security.

11. Availability and Changes to Services

We may occasionally update, replace, reorganise or improve course materials, community features or membership content.

We will not make changes that unfairly deprive you of a significant part of a service you have already paid for.

We may temporarily suspend access where necessary for maintenance, technical issues, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions, including abusive behaviour, deliberate misuse of materials, harassment of other members, fraud or conduct that creates a genuine safety risk.

Where reasonably possible, we will communicate the concern before taking permanent action.

Any financial consequences of termination will be handled fairly, taking account of services already provided and any statutory rights you may have.

13. Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Although we aim to keep information accurate and useful, general website content should not be treated as personalised professional advice.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively.

Where a material change affects an existing paid membership or ongoing service, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers and will not use a change to remove rights they already have under the law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you based on where you live.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising any consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
