For years, so much of the dating and self-development world has taught women to start with the outcome.
Find the man.
Get the relationship.
Build the career.
Create the body.
Reach the goal.
And then ask:
Who do I need to become to get it?
The Expansion School turns that whole process around.
We do not begin with the man.
We do not begin with the house.
We do not begin with the career, the body, the money or somebody else’s version of the perfect life.
We begin with you.
With your sovereignty.
With becoming the leading lady of your own life.
Who are you underneath the expectations, the performance, the heartbreak, the trauma, the conditioning and all
the noise?
Who are you when you stop building yourself around what you think will make you more desirable, more
successful, more acceptable or more worthy?
Who are you when you allow yourself to become who you were always meant to be?
And what kind of life grows from that woman?
Because you do not build yourself around the life you think you should have.
You build the life around the woman you discover yourself to be.
You do not create a life designed to attract the right man.
You create the life that is right for you — and the right man is someone who fits beautifully into it.
First, you become the full expression of yourself.
You get to discover who you really are.
Then, you create a life that grows from your authentic self.
A life that feels like yours.
A life that you love.
And the right love can meet you there.
Because when you are living in alignment with who you are — enjoying your life, expressing yourself fully and no
longer performing for approval — you become naturally more magnetic to the people and possibilities that
genuinely fit you.

Not more for the sake of proving herself.
More because she is curious about the life she could create if she stopped pouring so much of her energy into being chosen, keeping everyone happy, meeting expectations and becoming the woman the world told her she should be.
She may still want love.
She may want it deeply.
But she also wants health.
Purpose.
Joy.
Meaningful work.
Friendship.
Freedom.
Creativity.
Pleasure.
Peace.
Rest.
A beautiful home.
A family.
Fulfilment.
A life that actually feels like hers.
And she is no longer willing to put all of that on hold while she waits for a man.
Not becoming a “high-value woman” so that you can attract a “high-value man.”
Not performing some ideal version of femininity.
Not building a life that looks impressive from the outside.
But doing the inner work required to ask:
What do I actually want?
Who am I when I stop living for approval?
What would happen if I invested in my own potential as fiercely as I have invested in everybody else’s?
And then allowing yourself to become that woman.
Building the right career for you.
Creating the right home for you.
Taking care of your body in the way that makes you healthy and strong.

Making space for joy, creativity, peace and rest.
Choosing relationships that genuinely fit your life.
Creating a life that is aligned with who you are — not with what society, religion, Instagram, the dating industry or anybody else told you should make you happy.
And yes, love is still part of the vision.
Absolutely.
But we are not here to spend our lives trying to “get the guy.”
We are here to become our fully expansive selves.
Because when you stop performing, stop shrinking, stop shape-shifting and stop trying to become the woman you think somebody else will choose, something extraordinary happens:
the people who are drawn to you are finally being drawn to the real you.
You are free to be fully expressed.
Fully alive.
Fully yourself.

The Expansion School does not promise you a particular man, house, career, promotion or number in your bank
account.
Because something much more interesting happens when you begin to expand:
you may discover that the things you thought you wanted were never quite right for you in the first place.
I often think about the woman with the big hat in Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ Women Who Run With the Wolves.
She built the life she had been taught was the right one — marriage, children, the beautiful farmhouse — while
another version of herself was quietly longing for a completely different life.
She was the woman with the big hat.
And the tragedy was not that there was anything wrong with the farmhouse.
The farmhouse simply did not belong to her.
Your expansion may reveal something similar.
You may discover that the life you have spent years trying to build is genuinely yours.
Or you may discover that somewhere underneath all the expectations, there is a woman in a very big hat waiting
for you to notice her.
The work is not to judge the life you thought you wanted.
It is to discover whether it actually belongs to you.
The woman who begins this journey may have a very clear picture of what she thinks her perfect life should look
like.
But as she gets to know herself more deeply…
as she learns to love herself…
trust herself…
recognise her worth…
listen to her own desires…
and give herself permission to become more fully expressed…
her vision begins to change too.
Because the destination was never the man.
It was never the house.
It was never the career.
The destination is you.
The fullest expression of you.
The woman underneath the expectations, the conditioning, the people-pleasing, the mask, the performance and all
the ideas you absorbed about who you were supposed to become.
The Expansion School is a journey toward discovering:
Who am I, really?
What do I genuinely want?
What becomes possible when I stop shrinking myself?
Who could I become if I gave my own potential the attention I have spent so much of my life giving
everybody else?
And there is no predetermined answer.
Your expansive life may be quieter than the life you once imagined.
Or bigger.
Or slower.
Or softer.
You may discover that what you need is not another goal, but more space.
More peace.
More rest.
You may discover that the little house you thought you wanted is exactly right for you.
Or you may realise you want the penthouse.
You may discover that the career you spent years pursuing no longer matters to you.
Or finally give yourself permission to pursue something far more ambitious.
You may discover that the kind of man you once found irresistible is completely wrong for the woman you have
become.
Because expansion does not simply change what you believe you can have.
It changes what you are capable of recognising as worthy of you.
As you know yourself more deeply, you choose differently.
As you trust yourself more deeply, you tolerate less of what is wrong for you.
As you understand your worth, you stop negotiating against yourself.
As you express yourself more fully, the people who are compatible with the real you can finally recognise you.
And slowly, the external pieces begin to reflect the internal transformation.
The right relationships.
The right opportunities.
The right work.
The right home.
The right amount of ambition.
The right amount of rest.
The right version of success.
Not because somebody else told you what your life should look like.
But because you finally know what yours looks like.
That is the Expansion School promise.
Not that we will hand you a predetermined dream life.
But that we will take you on a beautiful journey toward knowing, loving, trusting and expressing yourself so deeply
that you can begin creating a life that is unmistakably your own.
You are not the person travelling toward the destination.
You are the destination.

Most women do not wake up one morning and consciously decide to abandon themselves.
It happens slowly.
You learn which parts of you get approval.
Which parts make other people uncomfortable.
Which parts are considered too loud.
Too emotional.
Too sensitive.
Too intense.
Too messy.
Too disorganised.
Too ambitious.
Too opinionated.
Too independent.
Not feminine enough.
Not disciplined enough.
Not behaving, thinking or living in the “right” way.
So you adapt.
You become easier to understand.
Easier to approve of.
Easier to love.
You learn to people-please.
To perform.
To shrink yourself.
To second-guess your instincts.
To soften your boundaries.
To hide the parts of yourself that feel inconvenient.
And sometimes, after years of doing this, the mask becomes so familiar that you stop noticing you are wearing it.
You may become exceptionally good at being the woman everybody else needs you to be.
The good daughter.
The easy partner.
The dependable friend.
The successful professional.
The woman who copes.
The woman who keeps everyone happy.
The woman who does not ask for too much.
The woman who is endlessly understanding.
The woman who keeps going.
And underneath her, another woman may still be waiting.
Not a better version of you.
Not a more impressive version.
Not a more feminine, desirable, disciplined or socially acceptable version.
You.
The woman whose instincts you stopped trusting.
Whose desires you learned to question.
Whose boundaries you were encouraged to soften.
Whose interests you dismissed.
Whose needs you postponed.
Whose voice became quieter every time somebody told you that you were too much.
The Expansion School is not about helping you perfect the mask.
It is about helping you take it off.
To notice where you have been performing.
Where you have been abandoning yourself.
Where you have been living according to somebody else’s expectations.
And gently begin asking:
What is actually me?
What did I learn to become in order to feel safe, loved or accepted?
What have I been hiding, minimising or apologising for?
What parts of myself am I ready to reclaim?
For some women, this work means recognising how heartbreak, difficult relationships, childhood experiences or
serious illness shaped the way they learned to survive.
For some, it means understanding the years they spent being misunderstood, corrected or shamed for the way
their brain naturally works.
For others, it is simply the quiet realisation that they have spent so long living according to other people’s
expectations that they no longer know what they would choose without them.
There is nothing you need to perform here.
You do not have to become easier for the world to understand.
You get to understand yourself.
And from there, something begins to shift.
You stop asking:
Who should I be?
And begin asking:
Who am I?

Flexible monthly access to Expansion School.

Best value, for women ready to commit.
Expansion does not mean becoming more.
It does not mean becoming busier.
More productive.
More impressive.
More accomplished.
More desirable.
More healed.
More disciplined.
More successful.
Expansion is not another performance.
It is not another version of self-improvement where you spend your life chasing the woman you think you should become.
Expansion is becoming more fully yourself.
Sometimes that means doing more.
Sometimes it means doing less.
Sometimes it means becoming braver.
Sometimes it means becoming softer.
Sometimes it means speaking.
Sometimes it means resting.
Sometimes it means pursuing the thing you have wanted for years.
Sometimes it means finally admitting that you do not want it anymore.
You might expand into ambition.
Or creativity.
Or love.
Or motherhood.
Or leadership.
Or friendship.
Or pleasure.
Or adventure.
Or stillness.
Or a quieter life.
You might discover a part of yourself that has been waiting years for permission to come forward.
Or you might discover that something you have spent years trying to become was never really you at all.

Expansion is not becoming more of the qualities the world already rewards you for.
It is reclaiming the parts of yourself you have not yet given permission to live.
For the woman who has spent her whole life achieving, expansion may look like rest.
For the woman who has spent her life making herself small, expansion may look like taking up space.
For the woman who has always been sensible, it may look like play.
For the woman who has always cared for everybody else, it may look like choosing herself.
For the woman who has spent years following the rules, it may look like asking whether the rules ever belonged to her.
For the woman who has been afraid to be seen, it may look like finally allowing herself to be visible.
There is no single Expansion School woman.
There is no correct lifestyle waiting for you at the end.
No uniform.
No personality type.
No prescribed version of success.
If every woman left the Expansion School wanting exactly the same life, we would have failed.
Because the deeper you know yourself, the less generic your life becomes.
Your expansion may look completely different from the woman sitting beside you.
That is exactly the point.
The expansiveness is not in the size of the life.
The expansiveness is in how completely the life expresses the woman living it.
And sometimes the most expansive thing you can do is release something.
A goal.
An identity.
A relationship.
An expectation.
A version of yourself you have outgrown.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to try something and discover it is not for you.
You are allowed to return to something later.
You are allowed to leave it behind completely.
Changing your mind is not failure. It is information.
You do not have to finish everything you start to prove that it mattered.
Sometimes trying was the whole point.
Sometimes the experiment teaches you something about yourself that succeeding never could.
You are allowed to discover yourself as you go.
Because expansion is not a straight line toward some perfected future version of you.
It is an ongoing relationship with yourself.
Listening.
Trying.
Learning.
Resting.
Creating.
Releasing.
Beginning again.
And becoming more and more recognisable to yourself.
One of the most important questions you can learn to ask yourself is:
Do I actually want this?
Not:
Should I want it?
Would it make me look successful?
Would other people approve?
Would it make me more desirable?
Would it prove that I had finally got my life together?
But:
Do I want it?
Because sometimes the desire is yours.
And sometimes it belongs to your family.
Your culture.
Your religion.
Your friends.
The internet.
The dating industry.
The version of you who was trying to stay safe.
The version of you who wanted to be chosen.
The version of you who thought there was only one acceptable way to live.
Part of expansion is learning to identify the owner of the desire.
And then getting curious about what happens when you stop automatically obeying it.
Maybe you still want the marriage.
Maybe you still want the children.
Maybe you still want the career.
Maybe you still want the beautiful home.
Maybe you still want the big dream.
Beautiful.
The point is not to talk you out of what you want.
We are not here to judge what you want. We are here to help you discover whether you actually want it.
And sometimes the answer will surprise you.
You may discover that the dream is completely yours.
You may discover that only part of it is yours.
You may discover that the image appealed to you, but the lifestyle did not.
You may discover that you want the beauty without the labour.
The relationship without the performance.
The ambition without the burnout.
The family without losing yourself inside it.
The success without sacrificing your peace.
Or you may discover that you want something you have never given yourself permission to want before.
This is why the Expansion School is not built around giving you another set of rules.
It is a space to explore.
To experiment.
To follow curiosity.
To notice what makes you feel more alive — and what makes you contract.

The Expansion School follows a four-part journey.
Not because your life will unfold in a perfect straight line.
It won’t.
You may move forward.
Circle back.
Rest.
Revisit something you thought you had already worked through.
Discover something new.
Begin again.
But these four stages give you a gentle framework for understanding where you are — and what might support you next.

This is where you begin returning to yourself.
You rebuild self-trust.
Strengthen your boundaries.
Reconnect with your own voice.
Notice where you have been people-pleasing, shrinking, performing or abandoning yourself.
And begin creating a deeper sense of safety within yourself.
COME HOME is about hearing yourself again beneath all the noise.
The expectations.
The heartbreak.
The conditioning.
The roles you learned to play.
The ways you learned to survive.
It is the beginning of asking:
What is true for me?
What do I need?
What have I been overriding?
And learning that you are allowed to listen to the answers.
This is where you begin creating the woman you are becoming.
Not by inventing a new personality.
Not by performing a more impressive version of yourself.
But by discovering, reclaiming and developing the parts of you that are genuinely yours.
Maybe you begin to recognise:
I am creative.
I am a writer.
I am ambitious.
I am sensual.
I am a leader.
I am playful.
I am someone who needs more quiet.
I am someone who wants to be seen.
I am someone who wants something different.
BECOME is where possibility opens.
Where you experiment with identity.
Where you give neglected parts of yourself permission to exist.
Where you stop asking who you should become and begin consciously shaping the woman you are choosing to
be.
BECOME is where you create the woman.

Knowing who you are is one thing.
Living as her is another.
INTEGRATE is where you begin practising what you have discovered.
You set the boundary.
You use your voice.
You let yourself rest.
You allow yourself to be seen.
You make the different choice.
You wobble.
You get it wrong.
You try again.
You discover that embodiment is not about performing your new identity perfectly.
It is about returning to yourself more quickly when you forget.
This is where the woman you are becoming starts to feel less like an idea and more like home.
Integration is not perfection. It is practice.
And then the woman begins creating the life.
This is where the internal work starts taking outward form.
The writer writes the book.
The woman who discovered she values peace creates more spaciousness in her life.
The woman who reclaimed her ambition pursues the work she genuinely wants.
The woman who rediscovered her creativity begins making things.
The woman who learned to trust herself chooses relationships differently.
The woman who wants love creates space for love that can actually meet her.

CREATE can include:
Love.
Relationships.
Meaningful work.
Purpose.
Friendship.
Home.
Health.
Money.
Creativity.
Motherhood.
Adventure.
Pleasure.
Rest.
Joy.
Contribution.
Fulfilment.
Whatever belongs to you.
Because CREATE is not about manufacturing a life that looks successful from the outside.
It is about allowing your outer life to become a reflection of your inner one.
BECOME is where you create the woman.
CREATE is where the woman creates the life.
And you will keep moving through these stages throughout your life.
Coming home.
Becoming.
Integrating.
Creating.
Again and again, at the pace of your actual life.
There is nowhere you are supposed to arrive.
No final version of you to complete.
Only a deeper and deeper relationship with yourself — and a life that becomes more recognisably yours.

The Expansion School is not a course you disappear into and complete alone.
It is an ongoing group coaching membership designed to support you as your real life unfolds.
You learn.
You reflect.
You experiment.
You come back when something happens.
You ask for support.
You celebrate what is changing.
And you keep moving through your Expansion Journey with a community of women doing the same.
Monthly Expansion Group Call

Once a month, we come together live on Zoom.
Everyone is invited.
Everyone has space to share.
You can bring what you are struggling with.
What you are afraid of.
What you are working through.
What you are celebrating.
What you cannot quite make sense of yet.
And you receive coaching, perspective, support and the experience of being witnessed by women who understand
the journey you are on.
These calls are relaxed.
You do not need to arrive polished.
You might be eating dinner.
Sitting in your car.
Fresh out of the shower with your hair wrapped in a towel.
Drinking tea.
Drinking wine.
Whatever.
Come as you are.
This is not a performance.
It is a conversation.
A little bit of coaching.
A little bit of reflection.
A little bit of girls’ night.
And a place where you do not have to carry everything by yourself.
You can use the private Expansion School community throughout the week to share what is happening in your
journey.
What you are working on.
What you tried.
What worked.
What did not.
What you are proud of.
What you are questioning.
What made you laugh.
What made you wobble.
What you are discovering about yourself.

And when you specifically want my eyes on something, you can use the dedicated weekly coaching thread for up
to two coached check-ins each week.
Bring me the thing you are stuck on.
The boundary you are trying to hold.
The decision you cannot quite see clearly.
The moment you are second-guessing yourself.
The pattern you have noticed.
The thing you need help untangling.
I will respond with coaching, perspective, validation, clarification or a question that helps you see what is really
happening.
You do not have to save everything for the monthly call.
You get support while the thing is actually alive.

Each month, one member is chosen at random for a deeper one-to-one coaching experience inside the
community.
If you want to be considered, you simply reply to the monthly email:
“Penny, I’m in.”
One woman is selected.
She books her Expansion Seat with me.
And for that session, the focus is completely hers.
Her life.
Her question.
Her expansion.
The session is held live inside the private Expansion School community and stored in the members area so that
other women can learn from the coaching too.
Because so often, one woman’s question unlocks something in another.
One woman in the seat. A whole community expanding with her.
There is no pressure to volunteer.
And if you are chosen, you will always know clearly that the session is shared with the community before you take
part.
Private confidential coaching remains separate.
Inside the members area, your resources are organised around the four stages of the Expansion Journey:
❤️ COME HOME
🧡 BECOME
💚 INTEGRATE
💜 CREATE
You can begin with COME HOME and move through the journey at your own pace.
There is no race.
No requirement to consume everything.
No gold star for finishing first.
Use what supports you.
Return to what you need.
Let the material meet you where you actually are.

Alongside the wider community spaces, you also have access to a private members-only space exclusively for current Expansion School members.
No audience.
No performance.
No need to explain the whole backstory every time you speak.
Just women who are inside the journey with you.
A place to ask.
Share.
Reflect.
Celebrate.
Be witnessed.
And sometimes simply sit quietly and read until you are ready to speak.
You are welcome to participate deeply, quietly, publicly or privately.
There is no pressure to perform your expansion.
As an active Expansion School member, you also receive 30% off my private coaching services for as long as your
membership remains active.
You will receive your member discount code after joining.
Not because you need anything extra in order for the Expansion School to work.
You do not.
The membership is complete in itself.
But if there is ever something you want to explore more privately or more deeply, that option is there for you.
The Expansion School is designed to support you in the way real change actually happens.

Not all at once.
Not in a perfect line.
But in conversation.
In practice.
In community.
In the middle of your actual life.
You do not have to figure everything out alone.
You get to be supported while you become the Expansive Woman.

The Expansion School is intentionally inclusive.
Women of different races.
Cultures.
Religions.
Sexualities.
Backgrounds.
Abilities.
Neurotypes.
Life experiences.
All are welcome here.
Because expansion means becoming more fully yourself.
And that only works in a community where every woman is allowed to do the same.
You are welcome to bring your beliefs.
Your faith.
Your politics.
Your culture.
Your values.
Your way of seeing the world.
But nobody else’s humanity is up for debate.
Racism.
Homophobia.
Transphobia.
Misogyny.
Religious intolerance.
Dehumanising language.
Hate.
Supremacist or extremist ideology.
None of it has a place inside the Expansion School.
This is not about requiring every woman to think the same way.
It is not about avoiding disagreement.
And it is not about creating a room where nobody ever challenges anybody.
You can disagree.
You can question.
You can think differently.
You can have difficult conversations.
But you cannot do it at the expense of another woman’s dignity, safety or right to selfhood.
And it cannot come at the cost of somebody else’s expansion.
The Expansion School is a place where women get to explore who they are.
Speak honestly.
Take up space.
Change.
Grow.
Rest.
Experiment.
Be witnessed.
And do all of that without having to defend their basic right to belong in the room.

If I see any behaviour that is discriminatory, demeaning, hostile or disrespectful towards another member, I reserve the right to remove the offender from the Expansion School community.
Their community access and membership will be revoked, with no refund issued.
I also ask every member to help me protect the safety of this space by reporting anything they see that does not meet the standards of the Expansion School.
This is not about policing disagreement.
It is about protecting the women inside the room.
The safety of this community is something we protect together.

The Expansion School is for the woman who is ready to know herself more deeply.
The woman who is tired of performing.
Tired of shrinking.
Tired of shape-shifting.
Tired of trying to become the version of herself she thinks will finally be chosen, approved of or understood.
It is for the woman who is curious about who she might become if she stopped living according to everybody else’s expectations.
The woman who wants to trust herself.
Understand herself.
Express herself.
Create a life that feels like hers.
It is for the woman who wants love — but does not want love to be the only thing her life is organised around.
The woman who wants to become whole in herself and create a life with space for love that can genuinely fit her.
The Expansion School is women-centred, not male-centred.
That does not mean love stops mattering.
It means your life no longer revolves around being chosen by a man, keeping a man, becoming desirable enough for a man, or organising yourself around what you have been taught men want from women.
Part of this work is learning.
And part of it is unlearning.
Unlearning the idea that being chosen is the prize.
Unlearning the idea that your desirability determines your worth.
Unlearning the habit of making men the central reference point for your decisions, your body, your behaviour and your future.
And beginning to ask:
What do I want when a man is no longer at the centre of the question?
You can still want him.
You can still fall deeply in love.
You can still build a beautiful relationship, marriage and family.
But the woman remains at the centre of her own life.
It is for the woman who wants to live more soulfully.
To listen inward.
To trust her own knowing.
To become more discerning about what belongs to her and what does not.
To create from the inside out rather than following somebody else’s map.
It is for the woman who may be healing from heartbreak.
A difficult relationship.
Childhood experiences.
Loss.
Serious illness.
Or another period of life that changed the way she sees herself.
The Expansion School is trauma-informed, which means we recognise that what you have lived through can shape how you relate to yourself, your relationships and the world around you.
Sometimes the work is asking:
Who am I underneath the version of me that learned how to cope?
The Expansion School can sit alongside therapy or specialist support, but it is not a replacement for either.
It is also for the neurodivergent woman.
The woman who has spent years being told she is too loud.
Too emotional.
Too sensitive.
Too intense.
Too messy.
Too disorganised.
Too much.
Not disciplined enough.
Not feminine enough.
Not thinking or behaving in the “right” way.
Neurodivergence is not something you need to heal from.
And it is not something you need to fix.
But years of being misunderstood, corrected, shamed or expected to mask can leave their own wounds.
Here, the work is not to make yourself easier for the world to understand.
To become more palatable.
To dilute yourself.
The work is to completely love, accept and understand yourself.
To understand your rhythms.
Your needs.
Your strengths.

The environments and support that help you thrive.
To recognise the parts of your neurodivergence that may once have felt like obstacles — and discover how powerful they can become when you learn to work with yourself instead of constantly fighting against yourself.
You are not here merely to learn how to cope with who you are.
You are here to learn how to thrive as who you are.
You do not have to have experienced trauma.
You do not have to be dating.
You do not have to be in crisis.
You do not have to have your life figured out.
You only need curiosity.
A willingness to look inward.
And a desire to become more fully yourself.
It is not for the woman looking for another set of rules to follow.
Another formula for becoming more desirable.
Another checklist for becoming the “right” kind of woman.
Another person to tell her exactly what her life should look like.
It is not for someone who wants coaching without self-reflection.
Or transformation without participation.
It is not for the woman who wants another system for organising her life around male approval while leaving everything else unchanged.
This work asks you to be willing to examine — and sometimes unlearn — the ways you have been taught to centre men at the expense of yourself.
And it is not for anyone who believes her own expansion should come at the expense of another woman’s dignity, humanity or freedom.
You are not expected to arrive knowing who you are.
That is part of what we are here to discover.
You can come uncertain.
Curious.
Hopeful.
Tired.
Angry.
Fed up.
Sad.
Disappointed.
And ready for something different.
Come as you are.
There is room for you here.

For years, my work centred around love.
I created the Love School, studied relationships and personal development, and spent years coaching women through dating, heartbreak, healing, boundaries and healthy relationships.
But as I became more confident in myself — and grew into my own expansion — something started to become clear.
I no longer wanted to position romantic love, relationships or men as the destination.
I did not want women working on themselves for the purpose of becoming worthy of an outcome.
I did not want them changing themselves so that they could finally attract the relationship.
Because the more I looked at my own work, the more I realised:
my framework had never really been about the man.
It had never really been about the relationship.
It had always been about her.
Her self-trust.
Her voice.
Her boundaries.
Her identity.
Her relationship with herself.
Her expansion.
And suddenly I could see that the destination was never love.
She was the destination.
I did not want women becoming more feminine, more desirable, more appealing or more “worthy” so that somebody would choose them.
I wanted women to become more of themselves.
Because that is where the real magic happens.
When a woman becomes more deeply aligned with who she is, she stops performing for love.
She stops shaping herself around what she thinks somebody else wants.
She becomes more recognisable.
More expressed.
More discerning.
And from that place, love can grow organically from alignment, not performance.
The beautiful thing is that I realised I had already been teaching women this for years.
I was teaching them to trust themselves.
To stop performing.
To stop abandoning themselves for relationships.
To question the rules.
To listen inward.
To choose what genuinely fitted them.
I used to joke that I was scamming women.
They came to the Love School looking for the man —
and somehow they ended up finding themselves.
I would laugh and say:
“There’s a method to my madness.”
But eventually I realised it was not a joke.
That was the method.
The deepest work was never really about the man.
It was always about the woman.
About helping her know herself, trust herself, value herself and become more fully expressed.
And from that place, she could choose love differently.
Receive love differently.
Recognise what genuinely fitted her.
My work had always been about the expansion of the woman.
I simply didn’t have a name for it yet.
As an ADHDer myself, I understand personally what it feels like to spend years trying to fit yourself into systems, expectations and ways of living that were never designed around how you naturally work.
The Love School became the Expansion School.
And the Expansive Woman was born.
I am still the lover girl.
I still believe in love.
I believe love is beautiful.
I believe in partnership.
I believe in marriage.
Love can still become one of the most extraordinary parts of your life.
But it does not have to be the organising principle of your existence.
Love is not the destination.
The destination is you.

“I have followed Penny since she first became a coach seven years ago, and I am in all her groups.
When I first met Penny, I was a single parent who didn’t get out to date.
After healing my inner girl and doing her breakup and how to be a goddess course at The Love School, I finally started to heal, go out more, and became happier with myself and my situation and the energy that I was putting out made me feel like I was more attractive.
That’s when I met a man on tinder. He's a gentleman to me in every way. He opens doors, helps me take off my jacket, helps me into the car, pulls out the chair...all that sweet stuff. Always Saturday night dates. He sends flowers to me at work. For my birthday, he gave me an infinity heart necklace and matching earrings and had flowers sent to me at work.
For Valentine's he sent a beautiful arrangement of flowers to me at work and took me out to a lovely dinner. He's awesome.
I've been feeling really bad because I injured my back, and he kept wanting to drive to Houston to take me to a fancy restaurant (he wanted to propose at the restaurant), and I kept saying can we go close to home? Then he couldn't wait, and he proposed to me in front of my vanity when I was putting the finishing touches on for dinner. He got down on one knee and held out my beautiful ring. And I said yes. We both cried. Lol.
Now I’m getting married after dating for a little over three months.
The last guy I dated didn’t want to commit to being my boyfriend after three months.
Ladies, if a guy hurts you, move on. There’s a man that will work hard to make you happy, and he will never want to hurt you or see you heartbroken.
I really recommend Coach Penny Love. I love her sense of humour, and she takes time to answer your questions. She always answered my questions on the same day. I had moments where I was panicking about a text or a date I went on, and she always answered me and helped me through it.
Now I’m engaged 💍 “
I’m so freaking happy!!!!
Jessica, Texas 💕
After some years of intensive dating, I am now happily engaged to an amazing man, thanks to The Love School.
When I joined The Love School two years ago, I sought more comprehensive teachings, discussions, and advice. Initially, I hesitated to join because I thought becoming a member was expensive. But actually, once I got in, I couldn't believe everything you get, and Penny improves it all the time.
The Love School helped me to feel accountable for my dating life. After years of intensive dating, self-improvement and learning, I am happily engaged to an amazing man. Choosing your life partner is one of the most important decisions you make in your life and should not be left to chance.
When you want to improve your career path, you go to learn a new skill in an educational institution or take a new course. When you feel sick, you go to a special doctor. When you want to improve your love life, you go to The Love School!
You will receive support starting with how to dress for success, self-love training, and advice in choosing the right partner.
My favourite feature of The Love School is the monthly themes, and the themes that have most helped me are the healing after a breakup and the feminine boundaries, which have been the most beneficial to my growth.
My dating life improved immediately after joining The Love School.
The Love School has an accountability feature, and posting my reflections after each date on the accountability posts helped me with self-awareness while dating. I also felt safe to do this as The Love School is private and exclusive for ladies doing the work and is a safe space from judgement.
In general dating groups, you can’t trust the advice as you don’t know where it comes from, and I found lots of jealousy and backstabbing.
I recommend all single ladies to join The Love School, as it is a more concise club of women who are determined to find love and change their lives for the better.
Your love life depends on you, so go and create the future you desire!
Anna, France 💕

The Love School is not just about dating and relationships; it’s about love and all that it entails.
When I first met Penny online around 5 years ago and she introduced me to ‘The Rules’, I was a bit skeptical. As an independent single woman, I thought some of the advice was old fashioned and I didn’t really see myself following it. I was also in a very testosterone fuelled job at the time, so anything to do with my feminine side took a back seat most days.
Fast forward to 2023 when Penny invited me into the Love School to deliver a Style and Confidence workshop, I finally could see how beneficial The Rules are to women like myself and where I’ve been going wrong In relationships.
As a Style Coach and Fashion Presenter, I teach my clients how to increase their confidence, elevate their image and to put themselves first when it comes to styling and their own self image, but after a few short weeks of being in the Love School, I quickly realised how much I’d been neglecting my own needs.
Penny is ‘The Rules’ to her core and she wants every woman to know how worthy we all are. We’re all ‘Goddesses’ here and even that term I first found to be a bit of stretch for someone like myself, but I just didn’t see myself as one. But for me now it’s become a way of life.
Coaches need coaches and Penny is a good reminder for me and all of us, that we deserve to be treated like goddesses, not just by men, but by ourselves too. Old fashioned ways are what we’re missing. Chivalry, romance and embracing our feminine energy and I’m here for all of it. In fact, I do believe that’s what I wanted back then, but in reality I didn’t think I’d find a man like that so settled for less.
Not anymore!!
If you’re thinking about joining the Love School, do it. You won’t find anywhere else that encourages you to put YOU first and what you can bring to the table whether that in a relationship with the man of your dreams, or with yourself.
Janette Mille, Style Coach and Fashion Presenter.

Penny changed my life.
Previously, I was travelling around the world and living in several countries. I didn’t have a chance to start a real relationship. I was unhappy and contacted Penny. She advised me to pick one location and build my life there. “When you are happy, The One will come!” she said. I moved back to my home country and started to build my life. When I was happy with my job, hobbies, friends, and everything, it happened just like Penny said and I met the man of my dreams! He is the most romantic and gentle man I’ve ever seen, and he treats me like a princess. Our love story has been like a fairy tale. After 7 months, he proposed! Now we have the rings, a wedding date, and we even found our dream apartment. Everything has been perfect, and I could never imagine this would happen to me. I’m so happy! And thankful for Penny for all her advice, I wouldn’t be here without her!”

I did Penny's 12 week coaching program in October 2019 and I just got engaged March 2023. I could write a whole book about how Penny's coaching completely changed me as a person and turned me into the kind of woman that would attract a true Prince Charming and Knight in Shining Armour. The best part is, although I'm happy and excited to marry the man of my dreams, I'm so much more proud and happy about the woman I have become along the way. Coach with Penny. It will give you 1000000% return on investment.

2022 was total roller coaster for me, so I was away for a while from social media to reflect my life and how to move forward:
-I had some financial, work and health related issues;
-Being honest with myself I totally was not mysterious CUAO, more as emotional wreck ;
-All this time my boyfriend actually didn’t give up on us, even I was really pushing him away with my tantrums & self sabotage (not proud of it at all);
- I went for Christmas back to my home country and he came here just after Christmas. He brought me to this old castle which is in the island in middle of lake. Unfortunately ice was too thin at the time to kneel on the lake, so he proposed on the hill in front of the castle where there no people. He prepared the speech how he wants have future with me, he was a bit nervous but confident. Was very beautiful.
-He booked princess suite in oldest fanciest hotel in my country where red roses and champagne were waiting (bathroom picture) and spa for the evening, was very beautiful and touching.

The Love School is all about learning to love in the healthiest way possible.
Surprisingly, the first person I learned to love is myself.
Penny’s Love school teaches you to set healthy boundaries designed to allow only those into your life who respect, love and cherish you.
But her school is much more than that.
I’ve learned to respect myself and know that I have lots to offer everyone.
It’s even helped me with my career!
The Rules are about loving the whole person and the Love School is worth every “Penny”.
The Love School is not a lesson; it’s a lifestyle.
Lori, Midwest USA 💕
I really enjoy being a member of The Love School. I became a member a year ago. I don't really have a lot of friends as I’m working overseas, but every time I interact with the group about anything (from clothes to guys), it's like being in a room with my girlfriends.
In the beginning, I hesitated to join. I thought I could just figure things out on my own, I didn't really know what to expect, but I wanted to learn how to attract and date better men and become a creature unlike any other.
When I joined, I had just become single and was heartbroken, but The Love School has really helped me, and although I'm not ready to date yet, I’m really enjoying my journey to self-love and self-care. I’m now healing and loving myself more and more each day.
The guides and resources that Penny provides have been a tremendous help, and I appreciate that she shares her time with me even when she's very busy. I can tell that she cares about each and every one of us and how passionate she is about The Love School. I really appreciate her.
I wish I had learned about men and dating sooner, and I’m very happy with my progress (even my mom is impressed).
My favourite feature of The Love School is the monthly themes, and the best one for me so far has been the breakup guide.
I recommend The Love school to all single ladies looking to heal and find love.
Thank you so much, Penny.

Ladies I'm so excited to join The Love School, Penny thanks for creating it!!! I watched a few videos of Penny Love, and I felt "a spiritual awakening".
Suddenly I feel in a place of calm and serenity.I still have my challenges and issues, but there is no emotional roller coaster. I am looking forward to this journey.
Thank you, Penny Love
Update!
Dear Ladies, a few days ago, I joined Penny Love "Love school". I would like to recommend it highly. I can't put it down; it's in my ear while I am exercising, washing dishes, driving, submitting QA questions ... I read all the books, and Penny's guides give me much more understanding/guidance and incorporation of those rules and not only into dating but for everyday life.
The Love School is worth every penny.
Update!
Dear Ladies, I just listened to Penny Love's September Q&A. I feel like I know rules, but every time I watch her videos, I have aha moments... I am "scared" I will run out of Pennys QA sessions. But, I really liked the theme about man's messages and why they trigger us. So, next time, I will not look at it as "how dare he write that to me".
Thanks Penny!
Dina, Israel 💕
I joined Penny's Love school in 2020 when it first opened, and I joined because I like Penny's no-nonsense attitude toward the rules and her philosophy on life in general. At the time, I was dating my now husband. I did not hesitate to become a member as she makes me laugh and reminds me I shouldn't take life so seriously. My favourite feature in The Love School is the group call videos. Unfortunately, I can't always watch live anymore because my boss now sits next to me at work, but the replays are always helpful. My favourite themes at the Love School are the feminine energy, the embracing your inner goddess and the putting yourself first. The Love School has helped me tremendously as I'm now married, and it continues to help me beyond marriage as Penny's videos remind me to be light and breezy and to be feminine. I would recommend all the ladies join the Love School as I am a huge advocate of investing in yourself; I support getting a dating coach, improving your looks and pouring in every effort to move your life forward in every possible way. Unfortunately, women are stingy when spending on themselves; my motto is "you should never skimp on food, clothing, skincare and housing. The flowers in the picture are the roses my husband gave me on our first date when we first met. The only thing that could make The Love School even better is having an "in-real-life meet-up".I love you, Penny; my life would not be the same without you!

I have been in Penny‘s group for a few months now.
I am not usually a user of Facebook groups, so initially, I thought it would be just another group I would join and not look at nor interact or keep up with, but I was pleasantly surprised. I can say it is probably the only Facebook group, bar one or maybe two others out of a lot, that I enjoy and show up because I enjoy Penny and her wisdom. I love hearing the other women’s stories and updates; I love Penny's amazing wisdom and guidance. I have been single for a few years, and working on myself in the background, meeting Penny and hearing her wisdom have allowed me to speed up my healing journey. Since joining The Love School, I can see the rules everywhere in my friends and family on TV and in movies, and it’s been amazing and so helpful. I’ve learned so much more about the feminine and masculine energies, and I am excited to continue my learning journey. I recommend The Love School to all my single friends and I will continue to do so. Penny is amazing at what she does: she cares and has credible wisdom and passion.

I have been in Penny's love school for less than a month...
What a great gift for myself. I feel like a new woman already. I secretly stayed in the first saturday to binge watch. The second saturday I was in lock down so I thought to myself "At least I can binge watch Penny's videos on saturday nights guilt free!". At the end of each video I have at least learned a few things, laughed and smiled and made one realisation. Ok some of it made me emotional too.
Penny is so entertaining!
I haven't touched any other kind of videos ever since I subscribed.
Yes! It's better than netflix yes!
Penny is so full of love, kindness, knowledge, fun, and wittiness and sometimes tough love.
Exactly what I needed.
The love school has so much content. I am obsessed. Not only is there a lot of themes to learn from that we all need like the art of attraction and healing process, there also are some Q and A's sessions every single month and Love Seats sessions where we can watch other members blossom under Penny's guidance and get some wisdom nuggets. I feel like I am part of an amazing community of loving women and I didn't get that in a long time.
Thank you Penny
Marianne, France 💕

The Penny's Love School is exactly what I wish I had ages ago. Every month gets better and better. Penny shares so much knowledge that makes you keep your self-development at the forefront of your mind and encourages you to always be your higher self. It's amazing to know someone like her exists, and is making the world a better place through the hearts of women who want more for themselves and for their lives. If you desire self improvement, a great mentor, and a community of women who take "leveling up seriously," your Love School subscription will do you much better than your Netflix subscription.
Martha, New Jersey 💕
I’ve only been in Penny Love’s exclusive love school for a month, but I cannot recommend it enough! I had first read the rules books 3 years ago but I still struggle with applying them in real life. After watching a few of Penny’s live videos, Q and As and excellent and thorough course materials on various topics like self esteem and getting over a breakup, I have gained a much better understanding of what exactly I’m doing wrong. Being a CUAO is so much more than just looking like one, being in Penny’s group will help you figure out why you may be struggling with the rules, and transform you into a true CUAO both inside and out!

I highly recommend Penny Love’s “Love School.” I am very impressed with her business ethics, her knowledge, her authenticity, and her caring. She has videos, exercises, gives direct feedback in her group, and is very responsive. Her guidance is based on the Rules Books by Sherrie & Ellen, and she brings her own depth of experience, warmth and humour. It is hard to “do it alone” in this day and age, and her rates are reasonable. Penny has a special blend of London cosmopolitanism and Spanish flair, and I really enjoy watching her videos!
Elizabeth, San Francisco 💕
The Love School is one of the best investments of my life!
My mindset is changing and I’m feeling like a real Goddess.
Thank you Penny!

Hey Penny, thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos!
I started watching and I now feel like I have a chance of healing.
Such amazing wisdom you are sharing!
Trudi, New York 💕
Penny’s love school is a real investment, it reminds me of my gym. You can go to the free or cheap gym (Free rules groups) and get to toy with machines and socialize. But if you go to Equinox or Crunch for ($100) you get everything including personalized instructions, classes, towel service, sauna etc. The love school is like a gym for your mindset, your heart and your soul. I highly recommend.

Just a word of appreciation for Penny.
I'm into The Art of Beautiful Feminine Boundaries (one of our themes at the love school) and it is really heavy but I feel like I'm FINALLY on to something.
Emotional abuse plus a divorce from a narcissist plus social isolation plus exhaustion from taking care of two small kids resulted in a nearly 2 year major depression. I'm still in therapy but you have no idea what this group has already done for me.
Thank you Penny.
Amy, Canada 💕
Dear Penny, thank you so much for creating the exclusive members’ love school.
Before I come to the group, I was really confused in everything. Since I joined your group I practice gratefulness every day and I complete all my homework. You answer all my questions for me. Watching your videos really help me to stay positive and focused. I think I'm different girl now. I'm happy and I'm grateful and hopeful.

I love all of Penny Love's live videos.
She is so thoughtful and intentional with what she shares. I am particularly enjoying her deeper dive into The Rules. I've read all of the books a few times, but Penny's personal insights and examples are incredibly illuminating. She is great at going with the flow and engaging with the audience when we have questions or need clarification. She also helpfully provides examples of situations she's been in herself or with clients.

"I found The Love School to be a transformative experience. Penny's guidance on dating, fashion, and makeup has proven incredibly valuable. I’m going from feeling like a 'rules robot' with little self-worth to becoming a relaxed and confident woman who truly sees herself as a prize.
The Love School’s coaching has helped me understand how to naturally integrate the rules into my life and appreciate the importance of not settling for less than I deserve. The content of the courses is fitting perfectly for someone like me, who is just beginning to explore the feminine energy principles and looking to make improvements.
I’ve found the experience to be outstanding, especially in terms of boosting my confidence and learning to value myself. The Love School is a fantastic resource for anyone new to dating or the rules or seeking to enhance their understanding of them."

Putting your headphones on while you reset the house on Sunday.
Sitting down with a cup of tea — or a glass of wine — for an hour each week.
Whatever works with your actual life.
Play me at 2x speed.
Listen instead of watch.
Sit down with a pink highlighter.
Put your headphones on while you clean the flat.
Take notes.
Don’t take notes.
Do it in the morning.
Do it at night.
Do it your way.
But you do need to go through the journey if you want to experience the transformation.

Your work.
Your identity.
Your health.
Your friendships.
Your creativity.
Your home.
Your confidence.
Your rest.
Your purpose.
Or into something you have not even discovered yet.
You do not need a dating problem in order to belong here.
Start with COME HOME.❤️
That is where we begin rebuilding self-trust, reconnecting with your own voice, strengthening boundaries, and noticing where you may have been abandoning yourself.
Then let the journey unfold from there.
Absolutely not.
The Expansion School is not a school in the homework-panic sense. 😂
You are not here to race through content.
Take your time.
Explore.
Practise.
Rest.
Return.
Use what you need when you need it.
Your Expansion Journey happens at the pace of your actual life.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You do not need to know exactly who you are becoming.
You do not need a perfect plan for your future.
You only need to be willing to begin.
To come home to yourself.
To get curious about the woman underneath all the expectations.
To discover what belongs to you.
To release what does not.
To practise trusting yourself.
To become more fully expressed.
And to begin creating a life that grows from who you really are.
You will not do it perfectly.
You are not supposed to.
You will experiment.
Change your mind.
Rest.
Begin again.
Surprise yourself.
And somewhere along the way, you may look at the life you are creating and realise:
There you are.
Not the woman you were told to become.
Not the woman you thought somebody else would choose.
Not the woman performing the life that looked right from the outside.
You.
Fully alive.
Fully expressed.
Fully expansive.
