Hello, goddesses. In this week's episode, we are gonna talk about the Goddess centres herself.
And this episode has been inspired by the most horrific post that I've seen on social media this week. I saved the picture so that I would remember to create this podcast for you when I had the time, and I’ve attached it to the show notes on my blog post on my website and, of course, on my Facebook group as well.
I felt so strongly that I had to share it because I felt triggered by it. It’s amazing how, after so many years of working on yourself, you can still feel triggered by the ugliness of the world but on this podcast, I will share with you how I came back to myself after my trigger and how I came out empowered by this horrific post that it wasn’t about me at all.
